Middle East, and the two made peace in danger
Dear Direttorede "Il Tirreno",
in his article of February 4, 2011 George Gallo, the evidence properly before the new red-hot situation in much of the Middle East, it is unsure of the dangers to already difficult and exhausting road to peace in that area.
The picture that I do not think, however, complete sets and some claim is partisan, looking always to Israel with suspicion and prejudice.
According to Gallo, in fact, Israel wants to expand the settlements "... to the point of making impossible the establishment of a Palestinian state "and even" Israel has so far trusted substantial isolation of the Palestinians to maintain and strengthen control over all of Palestine ... "apart from the questionable assumption underlying that ruling and it is clear, according to which Israel would be interested in living in peace, but only to "check", which "all" we are talking about Palestine?!
E 'known since 2005 that the Israelis have left Gaza and equally well known is that, since 2007, Hamas holds power in tyranny strip after the ousted Palestinian Authority: As is well known that the Palestinian Authority administers the so-called "West Bank".
Depending on the points of view, in the case, the question is relegated to a few square kilometers for East Jerusalem, and to any "settlement": If you continue to speak or write the check on "all" of Palestine is thus not a mere nostalgic, I fear that we call into question Israel's right to exist on what, fundamentalist and extremist views aside, it is its legitimate territory. Is Deceitful
also refers to the gas fields off the coast of Gaza, "apparently on the assumption that there is a" deep "of Israel, without wanting to get into pedantic geographic questions or relating to territorial waters just remember that "Leviathan", a massive open field and far far more important than the others, is located off the coast of Haifa, so far from the Strip and Egypt.
right next to the yearning for freedom, democracy, jobs and dignity to recognize that Gallo Egyptians and Palestinians, there is no thought for the safety and right to existence of Israel and forget you even complete the picture of a situation which inevitably and understandably, can not very alarming Jerusalem: the situation in Lebanon is still shaky and the influence of Hezbollah (not quite as of democracy and pacifism) increases in parallel with that of its Iranian sponsors, led by that nice guy who wants to wipe Israel, but not limited to the face of the earth. Shocks are also recorded in Syria (another dictatorship) and in Jordan, and Egypt that we know what happens in Gaza dictatorships of Hamas terrorists (those rockets, suicide bombers and take prisoners for years a harmless guy who knows where they also sponsored by the good man in Tehran) and the Palestinian Authority wobbles dangerously.
I would say that looking at the picture first, and not just the details that make comfortable, is clear as the Israeli concerns are amply justified and how the impasse in the peace process appears to result Elementary everything.
course also Israel is not immune from mistakes (not enough democracy to avoid mistakes), but what is striking in some sights, like the one that promises to us in George Gallo said, is the inability to overcome the anti-Israeli prejudice to acknowledge that the major problem of the Palestinians, who aspire to well right to a normal life, is not Israel but is located elsewhere, especially in those who administer the population with disabilities or tyranny with tyranny (the agencies reported in print these days of thousands of supporters on Facebook, a group that calls to take to the streets to protest against the 'administration' of Hamas)
If you really do not want to look too the rights of Israel, at least we try to really help the Palestinians to get out of their plight, instead of throwing them increasingly in the hands, even "brotherly", who has shown widely to be interested in anything but the welfare of his citizens is that this would help the peace in those areas.
Thanks and best regards, Gadi
